It is fully furnished,master bedroom has queen size bed  with large closet and flat screen TV, second bedroom with 2  twin beds has closet, the full bath has pocket door to master bedroom. Our fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and both an island area with 2 stools and table with 4 chairs for dining.The  living room has a 37 in. flat screen TV and DVD player, new mattress (Nov 2011) NO sleeper sofa.  The private balcony is accessible from the living room and bedroom, and is complete with patio furniture.
