Captain Nemo’s Vacation Home has 2 Great Pools & Spa

Captain Nemo’s villa is a vacation in itself.  This beautiful vacation home features 2 large heated pools. Enjoy a custom 22 X 13 foot Nemo Kiddie pool plus a 30 X 15 foot main pool with 3 sprayers and 6 foot circular spa. The Nemo Kiddie pool ranges in depth from 4 to 16 inches, has a sprayer fountain and a bubly gusher in Nemo's tail. You won’t find another vacation home with a pool as large as this just for children. You would have to stay at a resort to find 0anything comparable and resort pools are shared by everyone.

The main pool depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet. Both pools and the spa have lights for a night time swim. The 13 X 9 foot Lanai (covered patio area) adjoining the villa is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy breakfast. Lay back in the private screened in pool area on one of many cushioned loungers. The pool deck wraps around the home in an “L” shape so the pool deck gets sun all day long.

We travel with our family and most of our guests do too.  Our home is equipped with your family in mind.  If your family is happy then you are happy and can actually feel like you are on vacation.

Great Location: Captain Nemo’s vacation home is located in Rolling Hills Estate, the 2nd closest vacation rental community to Walt Disney World, Orlando, less than 2 miles away.

Fenced Yard & Private Tot Lot: Captain Nemo’s villa is situated on one of the largest lots in Rolling Hills Estates which gives your children plenty of room to enjoy the private Tot Lot with a Little Tikes play castle with slide, 3 Little Tikes play houses, and 2 Little Tikes climbers.  The entire back yard is fenced for your privacy.  There is also a gas barbeque and a spare tank of gas.

Pool Deck: The large pool deck provides plenty of room for everyone to recline around the pools and spa while enjoying the Florida sunshine. Lounge in resort style comfort and complete privacy.  Our lounge chairs all have cushions for your comfort.

Entertainment Areas:  The family room has a vaulted ceiling, leather furniture (sofa, love seat, chair), and a 50 inch Plasma TV, DVD player, and a stereo. There is a DVD video library consisting of children’s movies and popular movies for your enjoyment.

Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking a day to relax with your family, you will enjoy the well equipped games room. For your entertainment, the games room comes complete with a full size slate pool table, 7 foot air hockey table, and foosball, or just relax on the sofa.

This vacation home boasts two 50 inch plasma TV’s. Every bedroom and even the games room has a TV, totalling 9 TV’s in all! Everyone can watch just what they please.

Seven Bedrooms:  All linens are provided.

Master # 1 - The main Master Suite is fit for Captain Nemo himself, with a king size canopy bed, a 50 inch plasma TV and DVD player for private viewing. This Suite is perfect for a young family that wants to sleep close together using the full size wooden crib, toddler bed and ensuite.

Master # 2 - If Animal Kingdom is your favourite park then come live on the wild side in our tastefully decorated Safari Master Suite with ensuite and king size bed, TV, and DVD player.

Seven Seas King Bedroom - Join Captain Nemo on the Seven Seas in the seventh themed bedroom with king sized bed, adjoining bathroom, TV, and DVD player.

American King Bedroom - Enjoy Independence Day all year long in our American themed bedroom. Captain Nemo is very patriotic! This bedroom has a king size bed, TV and DVD player, and is right beside a 3 piece bathroom.

Tigger & Winnie the Pooh - Snuggle up with a child sized (3 foot) Winnie the Pooh and Tigger after a long day at Animal Kingdom in our Hundred Acre Woods Bedroom which includes 1 queen and 1 twin bed, 27 in TV, DVD player.

Nemo - You will have no trouble finding Nemo in our Disney themed bedroom. This main floor bedroom has 3 twin beds, TV, and DVD player.

Princess - Treat the Princesses in your family royally with their own Princess themed bedroom with 2 princess carriage twin beds, a Princess toddler bed, and Princess DVD player.

Loft:  Children can cuddle up with child sized (4 foot) plush Mickey in our cozy upstairs loft where you will find an XBox with games and TV.

Sleeping Accommodations:  4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 6 Twin beds, 2 Toddler beds, 1 Full Size crib, and 3 Pack’n’Plays (portable playpens). This provides great flexibility and room for 16 guests without even using the Toddler beds or Crib. There is a bed for everyone unlike many 7 bedroom homes that require 2 people to use a sofa bed.

4 Full Bathrooms:  Hand held shower sprayers on all showers and tub/shower combinations, bath towels, hand towels, pool towels, face cloths, and hair dryers in each bathroom.

Additional Amenities:  This vacation home comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen even Disney dishes just for kids. In the kitchen you will find a full sized refrigerator/freezer (with ice-maker), electric stove, dishwasher and 2 microwaves. There is also an electric kettle, 2 coffee makers, 2 toasters, a crock pot (slow cooker), and a blender. You will find an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There are plastic containers for packing snacks and insulated coolers if you pack a lunch.

For your children’s safety and to comply with Florida law, there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.

Other vacation home amenities include Cable TV, high speed wireless internet, free long distance phone calls in Continental United States, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and North Marian Islands, washer and dryer, and all bedroom and bathroom linens. This vacation home is fully air conditioned and heated.
