dining space and fireplace, with sliding glass doors to large wrap
around deck. Endless hiking, snow shoeing and x-country skiing
steps away on the state land woods trail. Less than two hours drive
from the GWB, with Phoenicia just minutes away, skiing and Woodstock 20
minutes away, this place offers the perfect weekend, week or
seasonal retreat.

$400 per weekend 2 night minimum/ $75 per day extra
$125 per week night- 2 night minimum- Sunday- Thursday
$600 holiday weekend - $75 per day extra/ 3 night minimum
$800 per week- non holiday
$950 per week for holiday week
$2500 per month

Additional people are $25 per person/ per night
