Vacation Rental Description

Sink in to the unhurried, unspoiled Caribbean lifestyle of  
Bonaire in our adorable bayfront townhouse. Dine leisurely on your 
waterfront terrace, enjoy the breeze sipping a drink under the palm 
trees and lush flowers surrounding the swimming pool or on your 
hammock on the terrace.  Fish for red snapper from your back door or 
buy fresh fish from the local fisherman just a few short steps away 
and cook it your way in your large fully equipped kitchen.  Walk to 
one of Bonaire's nicest beaches just 100 yards away to swim, 
snorkel, dive or just relax in the warm sunshine and cool trade 
breezes. The apartment is located within walking distance to 
downtown Kralendijk. (We also like to ride our bikes there and/or 
drive).

The townhouse is fully air-conditioned and enjoys incredible trade 
breezes year round for those who prefer to keep the air off and the 
windows open. We love to cook and have equipped the full kitchen 
with everything we ourselves need to prepare a great meal - separate 
refrigerator and freezer, microwave, large oven (you can actually 
bake here if you want!), a dishwasher, coffee maker, and, of course 
every utensil imaginable and plenty of dishes. The bathroom is large 
and modern with a full-size bathtub, two sinks and a bidet. Queen 
bed in the bedroom and 2 full-size sofa beds (futon style) in living 
room. Small (twin) fold out futons also available. Luxurious linens 
throughout come from designer John Robshaw, New York - not your 
ordinary hotel sheets. Bath towels directly imported by us from the 
upscale Frette, Italia. The rental also includes beach towels, cell 
phone, cable tv and wireless internet on the terrace.

The Dutch colonial style architecture buildings of Caribbean Court 
Bonaire are surrounded by tropical gardens, pool and parking area 
and by a lovely bay with direct boat access to the Caribbean Sea. 
The complex has about 35 apartments and is fully gated and walled. 
It is bordered on the south side by the oceanfront resort Plaza 
Hotel, where you may enjoy the beach, dive shop, restaurant, grounds 
and other facilities.

New as of November 2007, On-site dive shop.  

We would be happy to help with dive and windsurf packages and rental 
cars. The apartment will be cleaned before and after your stay. 
Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request. We currently live 
on-site and will be happy to help with any extras you are interested 
in and assist you in any way possible during your stay.

This is a large, comfortable stylish apartment directly on the water 
at a very reasonable price.

For two families travelling together, or if the calendar is booked 
on your dates of travel, we do have another similar, slightly 
smaller Condo in the same complex.
