The apartment is located within walking distance to downtown Kralendijk, the only "town" on the island with a colorful main street and waterfront promenade, and plenty of shops and restaurants.  

From the apartment you can also walk to one of Bonaire's largest beaches at the Plaza Resort to swim, snorkel, dive or just relax in the warm sunshine and cool breezes.  The beach pictured here is the beach at the Plaza Resort.  

We have an onsite dive shop called Div'Ocean Bonaire.  We are also located a two minute walk to Tropical Divers and a five minute walk to Toucan Diving at the Plaza Resort.  

For wind surfers and kite surfers we are centrally located within a short drive of the surfing locations.  

DETAILS ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This is a large (huge!), comfortable, breezy apartment directly on the water, centrally located with your own dedicated internet line,  full kitchen, air conditioning and mosquito screens at a very reasonable price.  

This one bedroom top floor townhouse is air-conditioned in the bedroom and boasts incredible breezes throughout.  

We love to cook and have equipped the full kitchen with everything we think you will need to prepare a great meal; oven (you can actually bake here if you want!), microwave oven, a dishwasher, coffee maker, separate refrigerator and freezer and, of course lots of utensils and plenty of dishes, glasses, etc.

The bathroom is large with a full-size bathtub, two sinks and a bidet.

Queen bed in the air-conditioned bedroom and two full-size sofa beds (futon style) in the living room. Small (twin) fold out futons are also available.

Pretty linens throughout come from designer John Robshaw, New York.  

The rental also includes bath towsls, beach towels, cell phone, cable tv and your own dedicated internet line.  (wireless or via cable modem).  

The Dutch colonial style architecture buildings of Caribbean Court Bonaire are surrounded by tropical gardens,  parking area and by a pretty canal with direct boat access to the Caribbean Sea. 

The gated complex consists of about 50 apartments. It is bordered by the oceanfront hotel Plaza Resort where for a small fee you may enjoy the beach, pool, dive shop, restaurant, grounds and other facilities.  

The apartment will be cleaned before and after your stay.  

We currently live on-site and will be happy to help with any extras you are interested in and assist you in any way possible during your stay.

For two families travelling together we d have a similar apartment in the complex.  The calender reflects the combined availability of both apartments.  Where the calendar is booked, both apartments are already rented that night.

Rates are per apartent per night double occupancy.  Each additional guest is $15/night. Children 12 and under $10/night

Rates do not include $5.50 per person per night room tax.

Rates INCLUDE cleaning before and after your stay, cell phone and your own dedicated internet connection. 

You will not be charged ANY Extra fees other than room tax.
