Activities and Attractions

Community pool is conveniently located across the street. PGA west 
golf courses are at the end of Pga Blvd. Silver Rock Resort Golf 
Course is a few miles away. Downtown La Quinta has excellent shopping 
and restaurants.Restaurants in nearby Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage 
are plentiful and a short drive away.Roads are excellent for bicycle 
riding!
Starbucks is a quick car ride away! Several Casinos ( Fantasy 
Springs, Spotlight 29 and Augustine), the Polo Grounds, and Tennis 
Garden are all also close by.It is a perfect location for the Bob 
Hope Chrysler Classic, and Stagecoach Festival!

Vacation Rental Rates

$3200.00 per month (seasonal/short term)through April, 2008. 
$1500.00 per month for a one-year lease
$900.00 per week/ weekly rental.
$65.00 non refundable cleaning fee
50% due at time of reservation, balance due 1 week before 
arrival.$500.00 refundable security deposit required prior to 
arrival.
Long term month leases may not include utilities.
