Vacation Rental Description

The Palm Beach Hotel is an historic hotel built in 1926 and converted to private apartments in the  
60's.  The charm of this beautiful hotel reminds one of the quaint cozy European  bed and breakfast  
hotels.  This unit has a small kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom with a queen bed.  It is very  
bright and charming as well as very comfortable.  It is furnished for a days stay or a year.  The  
kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a full meal.  There is a lobby with a 24 hour  
receptionist.  Your phone calls will go through the switchboard directly to  your room.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The best part of this wonderful condo is its location.  You already know that it is in the heart of  
Palm Beach.  However, you also have a full grocery store at the end of the block.  You have the  
beach within two blocks and a wonderful bike trail along the intracoastal waterway on the other  
side. There is a bike rental shop downstairs, an authentic French bakery, and an excellent Italian  
restaurant.  Also with a short walk are many other wonderful restaurants, an ice cream shop, and  
several places of worship.  A new heated swimming pool is located immediately downstairs next to the  
lobby for  your use.  Next to the pool is an open loggia with furniture for reading, lounging, or  
just watching the people go by.  There is a large laundry room in the  building, and a dry cleaner  
nearby.  If you are flying, the airport is only a ten minute cab ride.  In addition to all of the  
amenities in Palm Beach, including the famous Worth Avenue you can cross the bridge to West Palm  
Beach and experience a whole other area of fun, shopping and fine dining.  There is a fine arts  
theatre as well as a small local theatre in the center of town. If you are looking for an  
inexpensive way to spend time in South Florida and have everything you could want within a couple  
mile radius, this is for you.  The price couldn't be better and you'll not regret a minute.

behind many beautiful homes.

5.  Shopping - famous Worth Avenue for shopping or just walking and admiring all of the beautiful  
clothes and jewelry. 
6.  Kravis Center - Theatre for the Performing Arts has opera, plays, entertainers, and much more. 
7.  Beach - public access at the end of the street. Take a chair and umbrella and stay for the day. 
8.  Restaurants - From famous Hamburger Heaven, to fine dining at Renatos or Bices you have the best  
of the best.  Prices vary but the food doesn't.  It's all good.

$1800 per month from November 1st to April 30th. 
$600 a week from November 1st to April 30th. 
 
Off Season - May 1st - October 31st. 
 
$1200 per month from May 1st - October 31st. 
$500 per week   (Last minute deals within 1 week) 
 
Off Season rates apply for 2008 starting March 1st.-November 1st.
