Our luxurious vacation home is set within one of thee most sought 
after communities in the Kissimmee area; its location is perfect for 
shopping and dining, fun filled visits to Walt Disney World or 
Universal Studies.  For those who wish to take time out from the 
tourist attractions - usually the men - there are excellent Golf 
Courses in the vicinity.  Whatever you want to do, you'll find it on 
your doorstep!

*For The Sun Worshippers*
Step out on to your very own screened deck area, with its South 
Facing Pool, and soak up those brilliant sun rays while lying on 
luxury padded sun loungers.  Why not luxuriate in the Hot Tub and let 
those bubbles relax you after an action packed day out. If you wish 
to dine Al Fresco there is a hexagonal patio table with luxury padded 
chairs nestled under the lanai.  What better way to end your evenings 
than sitting out on the sun deck with your favourite drink or taking 
a late evening swim in the luminated pool.

When you walk through the front door you will immediately feel at 
home.  You will see this is a home that is lovingly cared for by its 
owners.  

The villa has 4 beautifully arranged bedrooms (King, Queen, Full and 
Two Twins).

Unlike some homes, this one has two lounge areas.  There is the  
formal lounge and dining area with adequate seating for 8 and there's 
the newly furnished family lounge with NEW 40 inch SAMSUNG LCD TV and 
DVD Player.

In the family size kitchen there is a breakfast nook with seating for 
4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar.  This large kitchen 
has everything you can possibly need during your vacation from a 
dishwasher to microwave etc.  A separate laundry room with washer and 
dryer is just off the kitchen too, so there's no need to return home 
with dirty laundry.

Low Season = $970 per week including taxes
Mid Season = $1063 per week including taxes
High Season = $1156 per week including taxes
Peak Season = $1249 per week including taxes
