Harbor is minutes away from the house. Fish from your dock. Approximately 6 blocks to Charlotte Harbor in our Sailboat direct access canal.
vacation rental rates
$3,000.00 per month. deposit required. we will pay the first $125.00
per month for the utilities. satellite service and HIGH SPEED
INTERNET
service will be supplied by us.
We have had this rented to the same tenant, for 6 months every year. They just cancelled for the coming winter season due to illness. We will work with you on the rates for a longer term.
