The Floral Park community is on a navigable lake called Lake Osborne

Microwave, Dishwasher, Full kitchen, Washer & Dryer. This home
will be fully furnished including bedding, towels and all kitchen
necessities (coffee maker, iron, & ironing board. Home is air
conditioned with ceiling fans. All utilities (Cable TV, DSL, telephone, water, &
electricity) are included for nightly& weekly rentals. Longer term rentals if not dicounted rates are also.

Biking - Fishing - Ocean - Tennis - Scuba - Wildlife viewing -
Casino - Golf - Kayaking - Shopping - Theater - Opera- Minutes from
the famous “City Place” & Clematis in downtown West Palm Beach.

Beaches for Swimming are 5-10 minutes away, Snorkeling, Diving, Water
skiing, Boating, Surfing, & Sun Bathing. Close to many major towns
and the great seafood restaurants of Palm Beach. Lantana is in
between Jupiter and Fort Lauderdale. We are very close to Delray Beach voted numner 1 All American City.

Directions: From I-95, exit Hypoluxo, Go West to Congress and take a
right, take your first right on Floral Drive, 2nd left on Boston
Drive and we’re at the end of the street.

Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International airport (FLL) located
approximately 36 miles south of Lantana in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,

The Opa Locka airport (OPF) located roughly 49 miles southwest of
Lantana in Miami, Florida, and finally the Miami International
airport (MIA) located around 56 miles southwest of Lantana in Miami,
Florida.

Summer Season (May 1st to Nov 15th, 2007).. .......$950 to $1,200/week
Winter Season (Nov 15th to May 1st, 2006-2007) ... $1,350/week.
Holidays $1450-$1,550 a week (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and
Easter).

Available year round.....Minimum rental is usually 1 week but if
you can call in advance, we could see if less than a week is
available at that time.
$1,800 to $4,000 per month depending on season. Small pets considered with a $250 pet deposit.
No smoking inside the house to be allowed. Outside okay.

A security deposit is required to reserve your request and the
amount will be determined depending on the amount of time staying.
The deposit will be returned after departure & inspection or can be
used towards your rental balance.

There is a charge of $75 for a weekly cleaning. However, the
vacationer will be refunded some if they decide to clean up and leave the
home in the same condition it was given in.

We have an agreement form for the guest to review but 
Cancellation refunds for downpayment is as follows: 30 days prior to
reservation date deposit will be refunded 100% minus a $50
processing fee.
Refunds later than 30 days will be 100% minus a $50 processing fee
if we already have an replacement for the rental. Otherwise, you may
be subject to no refund. We are an honest company & owners and we
really do want to keep anyone's money unless it is duly due.
