Vacation Rental Description

"LANTANA" The community was named after the flowering shrub & we  
have plenty of them in fron ot our house. 
GREAT LOCATION, only TEN miles to the BEACH, shopping IS WALKABLE &  
WE HAVE EVERY MAJOR SHOPPING PLACE KNOWN, the greatest 
restaurants, and golfing. There must be ten golf courses 
within a 20 mile radius! Extremely quiet surroundings, beautiful, &  
friendly. 
 
The Floral Park community is on a navigable lake called Lake Osborne  
& great for Fishing!!!!It is near a park were you can picnic, water  
ski, or jet ski. You'll enjoy this very much! PLUS again, we're only  
10 minutes to beach!!!! 
 
Whether it's sailing, fishing, beaching, or golfing, come try 
our area... it's quiet and relaxing! 
 
3/2/1.5 garage with a in ground pool, 1750 living sq feet home in  
Floral Park area, which has boat access to Lake Osborne. Home has  
been TOTALLY renovated. It is decorated as a bed & breakfast!!!All  
our guests love it. It has new bamboo hardwood floors throughout.  
Carpet in bedrooms, living area w/crown & chair molding, brand new  
kitchen with maple cabinets, recessed lighting, all  
new windows & doors, new lawn, fence (white lattice in front) and  
landscaping, freshly painted inside and out, bathrooms with new  
cabinets & granite and onyx counter tops. Den or dining room was  
added with arched opening in wall. Pool area all fenced in. Lot is

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our place looks like a Bed & Breakfast home except his is a private  
home & when you rent it, it is yours totally. 
-Three TV's. One 30" TV in bedroom & one 28' in 2nd bedroom & one 36" in  
living room. We have a security system. Phone (except long distance  
telephone), & internet access provided (DSL for an extra $35). VCR &  
DVD. Microwave, Dishwasher, Full kitchen, Washer & Dryer. This home  
will be fully furnished including bedding, towels and all kitchen  
necessities (coffee maker, iron, & ironing board. Home is air  
conditioned with ceiling fans. All utilities (Cable TV, water, &  
electricity) are included.

Biking - Fishing - Ocean - Tennis - Scuba - Wildlife viewing -  
Casino - Golf - Kayaking - Shopping - Theater - Opera- Minutes from  
the famous “City Place” in downtown West Palm Beach. 
Beaches for Swimming are 5 minutes away, Snorkeling, Diving, Water  
skiing, Boating, Surfing, & Sun Bathing. Close to many major towns  
and the great seafood restaurants of Palm Beach. Lantana is in  
between Jupiter and Fort Lauderdale. 
 
Directions: From I-95, exit Hypoluxo, Go West to Congress and take a  
right, take your first right on Floral Drive, 2nd left on Boston  
Drive and we’re at the end of the street. The closest airports in  
the area are the Palm Beach International airport (PBI) located  
about 7 miles northwest of Lantana in West Palm Beach, Florida, the  
Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International airport (FLL) located  
approximately 36 miles south of Lantana in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,  
the Opa Locka airport (OPF) located roughly 49 miles southwest of  
Lantana in Miami, Florida, and finally the Miami International  
airport (MIA) located around 56 miles southwest of Lantana in Miami,  
Florida.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Season (May 1st to Nov 15th, 2007).. .......$1,,200/week  
Winter Season (Nov 15th to May 1st, 2006-2007) ... $1,350/week. 
Holidays $1450-$1,550 a week (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and  
Easter). 
If this unit is not available, we have others in the West Palm Beach & Palm beach  
area. Please inquire. 
 
Available year round.....Minimum rental is usually 1 week but if  
you can call in advance, we could see if less than a week is  
available at that time.  
 
$2500 to $3,500 per month depending on season. Small pets considered with a $250 pet  
deposit (if staying for season, otherwise, no Pets!)  
 
No smoking inside the house to be allowed. Outside okay. 
 
A security deposit is required to reserve your request and the  
amount will be determined depending on the amount of time staying.  
The deposit will be returned after departure & inspection or can be  
used towards your rental balance.  
 
There is a charge of $65 for a weekly cleaning. However, the  
vacationer will be refunded some if they decide to clean up and leave the  
home in the same condition it was given in.  
 
Cancellation refunds for downpayment is as follows: 30 days prior to  
reservation date deposit will be refunded 100% minus a $50  
processing fee. 
 
Refunds later than 30 days will be 100% minus a $50 processing fee  
if we already have an replacement for the rental. Otherwise, you may  
be subject to no refund. We are an honest company & owners and we  
really do want to keep anyone's money unless it is duly due.
