We require a refundable security deposit, a non-refundable cleaning fee, and local Occupancy Tax (weekly stays only).  Upon receipt of contract.  1st payment is due within one week, 7 days.  Remaining balance will be due one month, 30 days, before arrival. If occupant cancels agreement 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, all payments will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee; for cancellations 30-60 days prior to scheduled arrival, total security deposit will be withheld; cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrivals, Occupant shall be responsible for total rental amount plus a $50 administrative fee. If property is re-rented for the same days, all payments will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee.
