A Bunch of Beach Nuts

Beach Nuts was exactly what we needed as a family to unwind and enjoy sun and fun filled days at the ocean and the breathtaking views from the oceanfront terrace after a day at the beach. Cookouts on he terrace were lots of fun. We loved everything about the house and the hammock between two palms was fun too!
Our small children loved playing in the tidal pools and building sandcastles with the shovels and toys provided. Their grandparents also enjoyed themselves. The four bedrooms and four baths gave everyone a sense of privacy, but we could all congregate in the Greatroom, Dining room area, the Florida room, front balcony or the oceanfront terrace and share priceless memories.
We'd recommend Beach Nuts to anyone who wants a true Florida experience in a priceless one of a kind setting!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Owners response: I'm so pleased our guests had a memory making vacation! They seemed to capture the essence of a stay at Beach Nuts (to be really nuts about the beach). I've even had guests have t-shirts made with Beach Nuts printed on them!
You may have noticed that my guests are from Stuart, Fla., but they chose to vacation in New Smyrna Beach. There is a good reason which is it has been voted "Most Beautiful Beach" and "Best Beach" by Fla. Travel and Fla. Monthly magazines.
Beach Nuts really brings all the sights and sounds of the ocean home to you because there are windows everywhere and and glass doors that slide behind the walls providing a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean everyone loves. Beach Nuts is loaded with extras to try to meet everyone's needs. There are beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, huddle huts, all kinds of board games, a library, kids toy, beach toys, and even an outside shower to wash off sand after a day at the beach playing in the surf, riding the waves, shelling or building sandcastles.
You'll love the expansive terrace with its new white wicker tables for dining and new comfortable wicker chairs. Most people love to cook out and you'll have a beautiful setting to do it in. There are also two lounge chairs and a sofa on the terrace. Take the lanterns out at night and count the stars. The ocean is beautiful at night too and a moonlight ocean walk is memorable.
I wish everyone could experience a memory making vacation like Bo & Monica & family did! Once you get sand in your shoes you won't want to leave! Love, Susan (owner)

BEACH NUTS ROCKS!!!

This was our 4th year vactioning at "Beach Nuts".
Though we live in Florida our family is from New Jersey.
They make the trek to visit us for a week every year.
Beach Nuts is the ideal place for family to come together and enjoy each
other in a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.
The kids relax and work on their tans while the grandkids play on the beach
swimming and collecting shells.
The house is always clean and well maintained.
We couldn't ask for better accomadations.
We are aleady looking forward to next year.

Owners response: I really LOVE having families return year after year to bond and enjoy Beach Nuts! If you really want to feel you are a part of the beach, it doesn't get much better. My own personal friends and family are always happy to get an invitation from me to come and play here. People love the cozy cottage feel, the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, the huge ocean terrace with a view that will take your breath away and all the extras provided to make you feel welcome. We are always improving and adding to Beach Nuts. This year we have added all new kitchen appliances, a new grill, some outdoor furniture, a new chiminea, more beach chairs and boogie boards and a container flower garden for the terrace (hopefully our guests will spray them with a hose if they feel inspired). We also have a new sign under the front sunrise balcony that has a sandpiper painted on it and "All Shorebirds Welcome". By the way, don't miss the sunrises and sunsets...just beautiful!! Come enjoy a bit of paradise. You too will say, "Beach Nuts Rocks"!!!

This house is AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!

I can't say it enough, this house is AMAZING..

This is our second trip to this particular house, and we are doing it again next year. The house is wonderfully located right on the beach, not close to it, not on the other side of the road from it, RIGHT ON THE BEACH! You wake up every morning to the sound of the waves hitting the shore, seagulls flying overhead, the sun rising and fresh ocean air hitting your face. Without busy lives, this place is heaven.

Our first trip we made in July of 09, it was myself, my husband and our three kids. When we arrived we were just in awe of the property, each room had its own bathroom, the house was decorated adorably and walking out the back door, well it just took my breath away. We could shop for groceries at the local store and come back to the house and cook our food. No additional expense for eating out every day, which is quite pricey with three kids. We wandered around Flagler Ave for trinkets and to have ice cream and the people in town are wonderful. We had arranged to go to NASA as well as Discovery Cove, they were a close commute from the house but the best part was not the tourist sites but coming back to this house. When we packed up to leave from that first trip I knew we would be coming back.

Our second trip was in December of 2012 and we fell in love all over again. What made this stay different was we brought 3 of our kid’s friends and my mother. That made ten of us total. There was enough room for all of us in this house and we could have even brought more. Everyone had an amazing time; we grilled out, hunted for sea shells, took walks on the beach oh and lazed around in the hammock on the beach. Everyone had a wonderful time and memories were made that will never be forgotten. It was the best after Christmas, Christmas present ever!! Oh and I forgot to mention that they have fireworks on Flagler Ave for the New Year holiday and they were awesome. Being from Wisconsin, that was new and wonderful!! I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it is to stay here, we travel every other year and this is by far my absolute favorite destination.

We are already in the process of planning our return trip for 2014. Susan is wonderful to work with and on top of things that it eliminates the stress of trying to plan a vacation. I can't thank her enough for all of the wonderful experiences we have had at this house and will have in the future. But I can keep coming back!!!
