Vacation Rental Description

The Printing House, one of the most prominent historical buildings in 
Greenwich Village, is newly  
renovated and home to our extravagant duplex.  Light-filled, with 
grand vistas on two sides -  
including views of the Chrysler and Empire State Buildings - this 
suite offers a large, double-height  
living room with a soaring 17' ceiling and a working, free-standing 
fireplace. This spacious duplex  
has pristine white walls and hard wood floors throughout, and allows 
for 2 bedrooms with private  
baths and a third powder room on the lower level. 
 
Upon entering, you will find a light-drenched living and dining room 
area with a state-of-the-art  
kitchen, perfect for a quiet afternoon of lounging, or an evening of 
cooking and entertaining.  With  
breathtaking views of Manhattan and soaring windows, as well as a 
dynamic interior architecture, you  
will find the perfect combination of elegance and comfort.    
 
Walk up the winding staircase to the second floor, which leads to two 
private bedrooms containing  
their own private bathrooms.  Each bedroom is spacious, and has a 
unique and vast view of the city.   
Relax in a king sized bed and chic interior design.  
 
The Printing House Gym is right around the corner.  The club offers an 
adults-only heated pool, massage rooms, squash courts, aerobics and 
yoga classes, the newest workout and weight training machines, and an 
exercise room with expansive views on the top two floors of the 
building.  Guests in the Mews have exclusive access to all of these 
facilities, as well as the option to reserve spa treatments. 
 
In addition to the numerous subways a short walk away, both the PATH 
train and the Water Taxi stop a  
few blocks from the front door.

Vacation Rental Rates

There is a three-night minimum. 
 
-The following weekends/holidays will have a $60/surcharge per night for 
three nights: Memorial Day, New York Marathon, New Year's, 
Thanksgiving and 
Christmas. 
-There is a maximum of four guests allowed per one-bedroom suite, 
except in 
the case of a nuclear family with three children, when five guests will be 
allowed. 
 
TAX: For stays under 6 days and less, TAX is additional and is 
comprised of 
13.375% sales tax plus $3.50/night occupancy tax.  For stays over 7 days, 
TAX is additional and is comprised of 5% sales tax and $3.50/night 
occupancy 
tax. For stays of 4 weeks or longer, electric is additional.
