Vacation Rental Description

Set in a magical location - half Hollywood, half Tuscany – this suite
is within walking distance from Sunset Boulevard and the Hollywood
Walk of Fame, yet wonderfully nestled in a quiet, secluded aerie
amidst birds and trees. Home to rock stars, movie stars and other
creative souls, Alta Loma is a hill that overlooks Hollywood and rises
above the Hollywood Bowl.
 
A pair of highly creative Hollywood designers customized this spacious
two-bedroom, 2-bath suite to create an  indoor-outdoor gem.  Full of
custom-designed features, the suite includes wall-to-wall windows, a
translucent glass wall that disappears with the touch of a button,
sea-stone floors and custom cabinets that hide the kitchen. Sleek
contemporary furniture, a built-in sound system, and a 72” projection
TV screen concealed in the ceiling complete a space that is ideal for
parties or leisure.   
 
Outside, a 5-person jacuzzi is set in the wrap-around deck, while a
bamboo grove surrounds the property and maintains its privacy. 
Alta Loma - which is gated after dark - has a residential parking lot.
Our suite is also one of only three properties on the hill with its
own single-car garage. 
 
Nestled in the foothills of the famed Hollywood Hills, the location
provides a remarkable combination of private setting coupled with
proximity to markets, cafes, clubs, and restaurants. Climb to the top
of the hill and see for miles.  And visit the surreal, 1930s elevator
built into the hill and still used by a few community residents.
The Alta Loma Suite has been the site for photo shoots by Playboy,
People, and OK! among other magazines.  With unique and ultra-modern
features both inside and out, this multi-million dollar property is a
hidden jewel in the Hollywood Hills.
 

Vacation Rental Rates

Special rates starting at $295/night through June!

After June, prices are $445-$800

 There is a three-night minimum.

-The following weekends/holidays will have a $60/surcharge per night for
three nights: Memorial Day, New York Marathon, New Year's,
Thanksgiving and
Christmas.
-There is a maximum of four guests allowed per one-bedroom suite,
except in
the case of a nuclear family with three children, when five guests will be
allowed.

TAX: For stays under 6 days and less, TAX is additional and is
comprised of
13.375% sales tax plus $3.50/night occupancy tax.  For stays over 7 days,
TAX is additional and is comprised of 5% sales tax and $3.50/night
occupancy
tax. For stays of 4 weeks or longer, electric is additional.
