Vacation Rental Description

**  This is for a fixed studio unit/week # 25 (June 22-29, 2008) Sunday to Sunday ONLY **

Beautiful studio condo overlooking resort pool and ocean. All rooms also feature air-conditioning 
with ceiling fans, two televisions, telephones, full kitchens with microwave and safe deposit 
boxes.  There is 24 hour security. A laundromat is also on the premises. There are plenty of water 
sports nearby.

The first pitcure is of the resort, the remaining 3 are the views looking from our balcony!

$700.00 per week.  This is for a fixed studio unit/week # 25 (June 22-29, 2008) Sunday to Sunday.  
Additional $50 tax to be paid by renter upon check-in.

***  Please note - this is not a 1 bedroom, it is a studio.  The unit does have a sliding divider 
door that allows for privacy between the King size bed sleeping area and the queen sleeper sofa ***
