fireplace in living room and large deck with gas grill. Walk to
private beach for swimming, sailing, kayaking or canoeing. Boats are
available at no charge! Walk to tennis courts, playground and
seasonally heated outdoor pool. This townhouse overlooks the 1st
hole of the private golf course. There is unlimited play and no
green fees! The townhouse is two miles to Sunapee Harbor and five
miles to Mount Sunapee. All amenities included.
