This fully furnished, two bedroom, two bath Oceanfront condo is
located in Phoenix Towers, a gated community. The unit is on the
16th Floor, overlooking a beautiful ocean and beach view. This
spacious unit has an upgraded Kitchen with granite counters, newly
remodeled master bath, new carpets, new furniture, linens, towels
and kitchen utensils. Master bedroom has a king-size bed and a computer
desk while the guest bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have walk-in
closets. A rollaway bed is also available. Unit contains 2 TV's with cable,
cable modem, and a VCR/DVD player. Enjoy the balcony view of the ocean, beach,
and intercoastal waterway, or sun and swim at the pool or beach which are just a
few steps away.

Great vacations

We lived 4 weeks in this unit and we enjoyed it very much. Everything was like we expected : outside view, layout, quietness, cleaness of the condo( with minor work on our own ),great comfort i.e. beds, furnitures, fully equipped and we have had excellent customer service by the owner and she has been very cooperative at all points. Great beach location.
Since we love to take our meals on the balcony, the small table with 2 chairs were fine for the 2 of us but would be too small for 4 people. To consider having a rectangular table and 4 chairs would be great.
The overall maintenance of the building is exceptional i.e. entrance, windows, and floors, pool,etc.
We are planning to come back in a near future assuming availability.

We stayed at this condo in January 2011. It was a pleasure dealing with Ms. Vento who was helpful and accommodating and available by e-mail if we had queries. The actual condo is very comfortable, well kept and modernized. The view is to the north and quite spectacular but one can also get quite a good view of the inland waterway.
The condominium is an older buiding but is well run with helpful staff, a modernized clubhouse and excellent barbecues. The pool gets very little sun but the adjoining beach is broad and not too crowded.
The surrounding area of Palm Beach Shores, Riviera Beach park and Singer Island is delightful.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, sight seeing
