Looking for a scenic getaway? This waterfront, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo has a magnificent view and overlooks the main channel and sleeps 6-7 adults. This Harbour Towne condo is located on the north shore near Mile Marker 1. Walk out to the large, tiled deck from both the living room and the master bedroom. This condo is fully furnished and ready to enjoy with breakfast bar and dining area. Two bedrooms have a private bathroom. Condo is eight steps up from reserved parking. There is a large pool nearby that overlooks the lake as well. Walking paths nearby and playground up the hill near the parking lot entrance.

vacation rental rates
Rental requires a 2-night minimum stay and $250 security deposit. Holiday weekends (Easter, Memorial, July 4th, Labor) require a 3-night minimum. 50% deposit is required within 7 days of reservation with signed rental agreement. Balance due, $75 cleaning fee, and security deposit must be received 14 days prior to stay. Rates are subject to change until confirmation is made.
In-season rates (May 1 – Oct. 1):
$200 per night for Friday – Sunday nights
$180 per night for Monday – Thursday nights
$1200 per week
Off-season rates (Oct. 2 – April 30): $100
Ask about monthly rates for December – February.
We require no smoking and no pets in the condo, thanks.
Use of the fireplace is not allowed. Condo rules require quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM on weekdays and midnight - 8 AM on weekends and holidays.
