Vacation Rental Description

   New three bedroom,(1K,1Q,2 bunks,2Q sofa beds) three bath, beach  
cottage located in  prestigous Cypress Dunes development 1500 feet  
from the Gulf of Mexico free beach shuttle service. This development  
is surrounded on the west and south by the Topsail Hill state park  
one of the most pristine parks in the state of Florida. This cottage  
was completed in the summer of 2006 and has hardwood floors ,  
granite bathrooms with walk in showers,4 TV's, beautiful porches and decks  
front and back a spacious kitchen with top of the line appliances.  
The cottage sleeps a maximum of ten people,  couples are welcome at a reasonable rate for  
such a beautiful home

Vacation Rental Amenities

   Cypress dunes has a beautiful club house with an gorgeous  
swimming pool /hottub and fitness center overlooking Topsail Park  
and the Gulf of Mexico. This facility is within minutes walking  
distance from the cottage. In addition two brand new tennis courts  
are available for guest use. The view from the club house will take  
your breath away and the sunsets are amazing all part of the Cypress  
Dunes experience. The landscaping is all natural Florida vegetation  
making a stay at the Cypress cottage like a trip back to old  
Florida. Don't miss a chance to stay at this wonderful getaway spot. 

Activities and Attractions

What is it you want to do?  Its all available from the Cypress Dunes  
cottage. Easy access to the CR 30a bike path which runs the entire  
length of 30A approximately 25 miles, Beaching , fishing, hiking ,  
sailing , kayaking, shopping, dining out or just plain relaxing on  
the screened in porch or upstair open deck reading a book. Its all  
available from the Cypress Cottage. Oh did I forget golf how could  
I/ There are nine Golf Corses within ten miles. What a place for a  
girls or guys long weekend away. Three bedrooms plus a queen sleeper  
and no waiting for bathrooms!

Spring 2008 Mar/3-May/24............$1550/week or $275 daily + tax....Premium week 4/5 add $200    
Summer 2007 May24th-Aug.........$1795/week or $275 daily + tax.....Premium week  6/28 add $200 
Fall   2007 Sept- Nov............$1550/week or $250 daily + tax 
Winter 2007/2008 Dec- Mar 3rd........$900/week or $155 daily + tax 
*******fall special 3day weekend $575 total******* 
All rates plus 11% tax calll for holiday week rates.. Will consider pets $200  
pet fee per week
