Vacation Rental Description

Unit 3227 is a 2nd floor OCEAN FRONT unit, with an exquisite, 
unobstructed ocean view from your private balcony.  The unit is 2 
bedrooms and 2 full baths and will sleep 6 comfortably.  The condo 
features: a full kitchen ( microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee pot 
and a full size refrigerator), washer/dryer, a large combined living 
and dining area, air conditioning, 2 TV's, Cable, VCR, DVD, KING bed 
in the Master bedroom, 2 Twins in the Guest Bedroom and a fold out 
Queen sofa.  All towels, linen and dishware are provided.  SORRY, NO 
SMOKING OR PETS!!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The property is a family friendly area, featuring: 2 pools (1 heated 
in the winter), 5 Jacuzzi's, 4 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, 
grill area with pavillon, shuffleboard, horseshoes, direct access to 
the beach and nature at your fingertips.  On-site management company 
and 24-hour security is there to assist you during your stay.

The property is located on Anastasia Island, approximately 5-7 
minutes Southeast of Historic downtown St. Augustine.  Close to 
shopping, restaurants, grocery store and miniature golf

Activities and Attractions

Right outside your door is a beautiful beach with warm water for 
swimming, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, surf fishing, deep sea 
fishing, biking, jogging or romantic moonlit walks. 

A wide variety of golf options, with numerous and affordable 
courses, are nearby, including the World Golf Village.

Historic St. Augustine has plenty to see and do.  Founded in 1565, 
it is the oldest, continuously inhabited city in the United States.  
It is full of history, including: The Old Fort (Castillo de San 
Marcos National Monument), Fort Mantanzas, The Oldest House, The 
Oldest School House, Historic Trolley Tours, Fountain of Youth, 
Flagler College, Lightner Museum and much more.

Outside of history, there is still plenty to keep you busy.  Enjoy 
scenic cruises, ghost tours, horse and carriage rides, tons of 
shopping, St. George Street, Alligator Farm, St. Augustine 
Lighthouse, IMAX Theatre, Marineland, Art Galleries, San Sebastian 
Winery, Potter's Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe it or Not, and 
Anastasia State Park, just to name a few.
