Vacation Rental Description

Open water view, large home with a  wrap around patio which has enclosed screen. This concrete house 
sits on a double pie-shaped lot- 11,500 sq. ft., surrounded by 200 foot of dock giving you a 
panoramic water view from almost all rooms in the house.You are surrounded by water on two sides, 
surrounded by mangroves across the waterway, allowing the utmost privacy.in  The living area is 
quite spacious for entertaining with 3 large 3 bedrooms, with central air conditioning,tiled floors, 
dining room, sleeper sofa for extra guests. Living room is equipped with 32" screen TV, WIFI 
capabilities,office area, newly remodeled kitchen and full bath. Ocean and bay breezes due to 
location of house provide a wonderful sea breeze. Panoramic views of boats going by is a delight. 
Fishing off the dock to catch 4 foot tarpon with a family of manatees living in this waterway, along 
with great white herons walking the dock.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This property is entirely fenced in with wrought iron fence, and has guest parking, off street 
parking, RV parking, open trailer storage with plenty of room for water toys. House includes 
dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, range, oven, refrigerator, satellite 
large screen TV, WIFI capabilities, fully furnished with all amenities. 200 foot of dock can easily 
fit up to two 50 foot yachts, or five 25 foot boats. Deep water access for larger boats, minutes to 
ocean through Adams Cut from Blackwater Sound. One free charter offered with rental with licensed 
captain.

Activities and Attractions

Boaters' delight!  Bring your own boat for free dockage or 24 foot Proline boat available at dock 
for chartering for fishing, snorkling, eco-tours, back-bay or ocean tours, or just sightseeing to 
your delight. There is a 200 foot dock with a large hammock strung between two giant coconut trees 
next to dock for lazing away a day in paradise watching the world go by. The two hundred foot of 
dock has a 4-6 foot draft.This property is truly a Jimmy Buffet dream house.

The property is on the bayside, mile marker 103, literally minutes through Blackwater Sound to Adams 
Cut to the ocean. The reefs are about a 30 minute boat ride from the house. Lots of activities to do 
on the bayside from boating, kayaking, fishing, eco-tours, parasailing, waverunners, restaurants, 
bars, listening to live music and something going on everyday somewhere. On the oceanside you have 
beaches, bars, restaurants, waverunners, snorkling, good fishing, are all a 15-30 boat ride from the 
house which is located near world famous John Pennekamp Coral Reeef State Park. Snorkeling, glass-
bottom boat rides, visitor center with lookout points, hiking trails, salt water aquarium charter 
boat fishing, kayaking and diving are all nearby.  Close to Sun Cruz Casino boat, Dolphin Encounter, 
Theater of the  Sea, children's pirate waterpark, movie theater, designer shops, restaurants and 
markets. All the acoutrements you would find in any delightful resort.

A fabulous Key Largo Community Park 3 miles south, has three pools, waterpark, lighted tennis 
courts, fitness track, bicycle and rollerblade course and various classes offered such activities as 
water aerobics, yoga,and much more.

What makes a trip to Key Largo worthwhile is getting into or under the water in the Dive Capital of 
the World. John Pennecamp State Park is located directly across USI from this house. Pennekamp has 
two beaches and a shipwreck replica in the water that is great for snorkeling or diving. The beach 
has two great nature trails for hiking or walking and subtropical fish and birds of all kinds that 
can be seen from shores. Scuba diving the reefs off Key Largo are some of best in the world, thus 
giving Key Largo the title "DIVE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD."

Fishing for the big catch with a Key Largo charter boat captain or backcountry guides in the Florida 
Bay or Everglades. Eco-tours and kayaking in areas close to shore which are a world away in 
quietness. Seeing manatees and maybe a blue heron if you are lucky.

Swimming with the Dolphins at the Dolphin Center in Key Largo can provide a wonderful experience.
You will never experience more docile mammals than the bottlenose dolphins. They truly provide a 
life experience you will never forget in Key Largo. 

Key Largo Hammocks State Botanical site with its unusual plants and wildlife are wondeful for a bike 
ride, jogging, walking or hiking. Birdwatchers delight! There is six miles of bike path along 
overseas highway.

For those not inclined to go in or under the water, Key Largo Island offers local art galleries 
displaying local artists' work from paintings to pottery to jewelry. Others shops, bars, restaurants 
and live music everywhere. Your pleasure is pleniful in paradise!

Almost everything in the Keys is casual in dress, service and food.  Key Largo Island is only 50 
miles south of Miami International Airport, but upon your arrival you will feel a world away from 
the reality of business and your daily life. You have truly arrived in Paradise and will come back 
again and again to visit this lovely chain of islands.
