Vacation Rental Description

Ideally located in beautiful , sunny Ixtapa with the sandy beach of  
the Pacific at the front doorstep and a championship golf course  
next door. This one-bedroom, two-bathroom non-smoking condo  
comfortably sleeps four with air conditioning throughout. The master  
bedroom has two full size beds, and a ceiling fan. The dining area  
seats six. The living area can be sectioned off and has two sleeper  
sofas, cable TV and access to the balcony. An ample kitchen has been  
recently remodeled and has an electric stove top, refrigerator,  
microwave, coffee maker and more.

Property is on the beach with private area for individually assigned  
palapas.  All you need to do is relax in the sun.

second golf course down the beach. 
 
A short 10 minute ride to the historic fishing village of Zihuatanejo 
 
Beach, Biking, Miniature Golf, Fishing, Shopping, 
Restaurants, Boating, Parasailing, Surfing, Jet Skiing, Tours, 
Cinemas, Snorkeling/Diving, Swimming, all available in the Ixtapa /  
Zihuatanejo area.

Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.  
Rates are based on 4 persons maximum ($50 charge per additional  
person), and on 4 week months.  
 
 
Deposit required : one half of the total amount is due at the time  
of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If the balance  
is not received by that date, the reservation may be subject to  
cancellation. Money is refundable only if property is re-rented,  
minus a 10% cancellation fee. In case of cancellation after payment  
of balance, 50% is useable towards a future reservation.
