next door. This one-bedroom, two-bathroom non-smoking condo
comfortably sleeps four with air conditioning throughout. The master
bedroom has two full size beds, and a ceiling fan. The dining area
seats six. The living area can be sectioned off and has two sleeper
sofas, cable TV and access to the balcony. An ample kitchen has been
recently remodeled and has an electric stove top, refrigerator,
microwave, coffee maker and more.

Three days per week of cleaning service included in the rate.  Additional maid service available on request.

Low Season - May 1 to December 14

High Season - December 15 to April 30

Holidays Rate for New Years, Passion, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas is $200 per night

Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Rates are based on 4 persons maximum and on 28 day months.
Deposit required : one half of the total amount is due at the time
of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If the balance
is not received by that date, the reservation may be subject to
cancellation. Money is refundable only if property is re-rented,
minus a 10% cancellation fee. In case of cancellation after payment
of balance, 50% is useable towards a future reservation.
