bedroom has Queen bed. Third bedroom has Queen sleeper sofa bed.
Large, private, and completely fenced back yard. Nicely Landscaped and enjoy

Jan-Apr......$3000/month, utilities included
May-Oct......$1900/month, tenant pays utilities
Nov-Dec......$2500/month, utilities included

A deposit is required at the time of reservation.
A $1000 Security Fee(fully refundable with no damages), $200 non-refundable cleaning fee & the 
balance of the rental are due 60 days prior to rental start date.
