Vacation Rental Description

  Large 2 bedroom 2 bath suite across the street from Whitesands 
Beach
Park: boogie-boarding, volley-ball, and sun tanning.  Large gourmet
kitchen with center island 5 burner gas range, side by side fridge,
oven, dishwasher, all the small appliances and utensils you could
want.  Dining area inside, second table on lanai.  Large living are
has two twin day beds, cable TV, and DVD.  
  First bed has a queen; second bedroom has a large King sized bed,
plus a second bed available (queen or twin).  Master bath has large
two person shower with colorful "fish" tiles.
  Two minutes to shopping at Keauhou, the best snorkeling park on the
island, and also close to downtown Kona.
  We supply bikes, gas grills, boogie-boards, beach chairs and 
towels, 
coolers, and more.  We love kids—no extra charge for children.  Free
use of highchair, playpen, strollers, car seats, toys, kids movies, 
more.
  This is the upstairs unit in a vacation home with 3 units.  The
other two are downstairs and have their own separate entrance and
facilities.  Each unit has its own washer & dryer.  The downstairs
units are rented to other vacationers such as yourselves, however you
may also rent one or both yourself for extra space.  The whole house
combined sleeps up to 20.

Vacation Rental Rates

$160 to $280 per night for the 2 b/r 2 bath Penthouse Suite.  Rates
vary based on time of year, number in party, and length of stay.  A
one-time cleaning fee of $93.74 and 11.42% Hawaii room tax also apply.
