Large gourmet kitchen with center island 5 burner gas range, side by side fridge, oven, dishwasher, all the small appliances and utensils you could think of.  There is a dining area inside, plus a second table on lanai. Large living area has comfy island style sofas, cable Flatscreen TV, DVD, and stereo.

Large Master bedroom has a King sized bed, plus a second bed available (queen or twin).  The master bath has large shower with colorful "fish" tiles. 

Second bedroom has Queen bed; there is a bath with tub / shower of the hall just outside this room.  For further sleeping arrrangements, there is an alcove off the living area with 2 twin daybeds.  We also have day cribs available.

A five-seven minute drive to town, two minutes to shopping and movie theatres at Keauhou and the best snorkeling park on the island.

This building has only 3 units, so not as crowded as a large condo complex, but you still have your own private entrance, etc. The building has a beautiful yard (each unit has its own gas grill), and is right across the street from White Sands Beach / La'aloa State park. There is plenty of parking, and each unit has its own washer / dryer on the premises (free of charge with detergent provided). You
are only 4 miles from the center of Kailua-Kona town on Alii Drive, and about 2 from Keauhou.

Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, ice chests. Kitchen supplies like aluminum foil, storage bags, filters, and dish soap.  Small appliances like blender, coffee maker & bean grinder, etc.

Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, car seats, and umbrella strollers available on request.

We help with a SAFE financial transaction for BOTH sides :  No damage deposits to worry with. Your initial e-mails are welcome, but we will  require a telephone  chat before we  finalize any  contract.

We live, work, mail and bank within 4 miles from this home.  TERMS: only $25 on bookings more than 100 days out, with  25% 90 and 60 days out. The balance of 50% just 20 days before arrival. We  can arrange an arrival payment.
