This charming executive home is located on the 15th hole of the
Saints Golf Course in Port St Lucie which is close to the ocean,
shops and restaurants. This is a wonderful vacation retreat. The
house has an open floor plan and there are beautiful views from
every part of the house. If your a golfer, this is paradise. The
house is on the Saints Golf course and Ballantrae, Club Med, and
PGA are nearby. The view of the golf course is one of the most
serene settings imaginable. In the morning you are likely to see
wildlife such as 4 foot cranes grazing on the golf course.
Occasionally, we will have a crane land on the pool fence while
munching on a fish from the nearby pond. You can relax and take a
swim in the pool in the morning, noon or under the beautiful florida
skies at night. If you want watersports or activities out of the
ordinary, Club Med is within walking or biking distance. Daily and
seasonal rates are reasonable and if you have visitors this is a fun
place to take them. The ocean is 15 minutes away. Here you can
stroll along the Atlantic, swim , snorkle or go shelling.
Restaurants and shops are abundant. The Treasure Coast Mall is 10
minutes away, Palm Beach is 45 minutes south,
Orlando and DisneyWorld 2 hours north, Miami is 3 hours south.

Rent includes pool maintainence, lawn service and a housekeeper
50% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining 50% plus
security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. The security
deposit is refunded upon inspection of the property.
