#606 Sailmaker is a wonderfully comfortable and totally updated 3 
bedroom, 3 bath condo.  It is right on the ocean front in Summer 
Beach Village.  The Beach Club and large pool are only a few steps 
away, with the tennis courts nearby too.  Sailmaker's private pool, 
though smaller than the Beach Club pool, is also right here!  Two of 
the three bedroom suites have king beds and the third has a queen.
This condo is very special to its owners and that is most evident in 
the maintenance and care given it.  People exclaim "Wow" when they 
walk inside.  The views of the ocean, sunrises and moon glows are 
unsurpassed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Ocean Front.  Large Balcony with circular table and six comfortable 
chairs.  Phones and T.V.'s in each bedroom.  Living Room has a 
HDTV, DVD player and Broadband internet.  Ceiling fans are in each 
room.  Fully furnished kitchen.  Linens included.  Washer and 
dryer.  No smoking.  Sleeps 5-6.
