beautiful "Table Rock Beach Cove" - one of So.Cals. Best Kept 
Secret Beaches Just 7-10 minute walk.

Enjoy our 1200 sq ft. 2 story Ocean View / Ocean Close Home - complete 
w/fireplace and plenty of firewood - sleeps 4 comfortable and is 
cozy for 2.  We are a single family home with a lush court yard 
which is gated and private. We have french doors leading to the 
large deck that runs the length of the home.  Our living area is up 
on the second level  and the ocean can be seen from deck, 
livingroom, kitchen and dining room.  Also on the 2nd level is 
bedroom #2 with a trundle bed (2-twins).  The bathroom is also on 
this 2nd level.
The master bedroom with one queen bed is located down the winding 
nautical stairway at the garden level, peaceful and private.

Take a short walk to "Table Rock Beach Cove" - see the picture 
gallery of our cozy cottage & semi-private beach. Our home is fully 
furnished with linens, beach chairs, umbrella, towels & even some 
beach toys.  

Come be our guest - enjoy the fresh salt air Ocean, Catalina Island 
and Sunset views from inside the house / and of course on our deck.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Walk to small grocery, resturants - both casual and more formal, 
video club and even the nail salon.  Small park with swings and big 
toy just 5 min. (1 bk).
Washer, dryer, linens, wood buring fireplace, dishwasher, linens 
provided, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD Player, 
Full Kitchen, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided, Gas BBQ

smoking.

Resturants, Golf, Theme Park Close, Cinemas/Live Theaters, Museums,

Main Laguna Beach is just 4 miles north up Pacific Coast Highway, 
drive or take the small local bus which picks up just 100 ft. from 
our front door.  Laguna Beach is world famous for "Pageant of the 
Masters", "Laguna Playhouse" & the local artist "Sawdust Festival" 
Laguna offers shopping, museums, resturants and numerous art 
galleries.

WE have an abundance of beaches both north and south.  "Scenic 
Cottage" is nestled in between three 5-Star Resorts like 
the "Montage" just 1 mile north with scenic garden cliff walks. The 
famous "Ritz Carlton" @ Salt Creek Beach Cove & The St. Regis are 
just 2 miles So. (Adjacent to 3 beautiful gold courses).

Dana Point Harbor is just three miles south.  Here you can charter 
boats, enjoy the Dana Point Marine Institute - brows thru shops, hop 
on a whale watching tour or take the Catalina Express to beautiful 
Catalina Island.

Amusement Parks:  Disneyland & Knottsberry  Farm is just 45 minutes 
north and San Diego Zoo is just 1 hour south.

Rates:  Winter -  $1250/week     Spring - $1400/week    Fall/$1250/week 

Summer: June 28th thru July $1950/week    August -  $1800/week

Cleaning fee $75. / stays 2 weeks and over $125.
                       
Fully refundable security/damage deposit $500.  Terms are cash,
personal or cashiers checks.
