Large family home, 1632 sf. 2bedrooms, 3 bathrooms ,living room,
kitchen and dining room. Family room with fireplace can be used as a
3rd bedroom. Covered patio with pool and privacy fenced back yard.
Lots of places to enjoy walking, bicycling and even water close by
for kayaking. Pets allowed with permission and they must be on flea controll.
If you plan on having more than 6 people, please DO NOT ask to rent our home.

Your home away from home. All you need to bring is your clothing.
Washer and dryer are available. We offer basic cable
and phone line. The house has been freshly painted. It has ceramic
tile and new wood laminate floors. The house has just been newly
furnished.

Centrally located off of 4th street north, you are literally 10-15
minutes to downtown St Petersburg ( The Pier, Baywalk, Salvador Dali
museum as well as the waterfront and dining), 15 minutes from the
Tampa Airport and within 30 minutes of all the beaches. 4th street
offers all kinds of dining from fast food to fine quality
restaurants.
For those who like greyhound racing we have Derby Lane right around
the corner.
Great for sports fans, we have the Tropicana Field downtown St.Pete
for the Devil Rays. Tampa is close for Bucs and Lightning fans.
For those who like theme parks it's 45 min to Busch Gardens and 2hrs
to
Disney, Universal, Epcot and Sea world.

Weekly $650.00 to $750.00 + $500.00 deposit (At my discression)
Monthly $ 2500.00 + $500.00 deposit
If you are asking us to reserve a vacation time in advance you must
send $200.00 to hold that date. That $200.00 is part of the security
deposit which the remainder would be paid a month in advance along
with the rent payment
We require payment to be received a month in advance, to be sure that
your check will clear. If you decide not to come or a crisis arises
we will keep a $200.00 fee and the remainder will be returned to you.
Your deposit will be returned to you by mail within 2 weeks of your departure as long as there
is no damage to the house. Cleaning fee is $100.00 . Please check the callender to see when the house is rented to aviod unnecessary emails. Thanks. THE HOUSE HAS BEEN RENTED THROUGH MARCH OF 2010. THERE IS NO AVAILABILITY TILL APRIL 2010. I will not answer any e-mails unless you are requesting time for next year.
