This two bedroom / two bathroom, end unit condo on the third floor
is located directly on desirable South Marco Beach. This condo has
been renovated and includes a new, updated kitchen
and full-size washer and dryer. From the screened lanai, you can
look up and down one of the world’s few crescent-shaped beaches. The
western view over the Gulf of Mexico provides for stunning sunsets.
Beach-goers can enjoy shelling, quiet walks, parasailing, wave
runner rentals and building sand creations with the family. Also, it
is a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the theater.

Wonderful condo if you are looking for a nice relaxing get away. Description on this website is very accurate with one exception...New micro fiber couches were added which are very comforatable! I have stayed at multiple condos in Marco and this was the best so far! Plenty of beach and bath towels for the week and the laundry in the condo is great. Great service from both the owner and rental company. Our group was in our late 20s and just needed a week away. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with no worries, this is the place. I do not have any complaints or dislikes. Just remember Marco is a lot easier if you have a rental car and bring plenty of sunscreen and your fishing gear. Caught a 15-20lb redfish right off the beach.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
