French bed in the bedroom, 2 regular thick mattresses single beds in 
the living room converted into 2 beautiful sofas for your 
convenience during the day and great comfort to sleep at night. 
Fully equipped kitchen with seating area and brand new appliances: 
refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher. Plus 
iron with ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, cappuccino machine, 
electric quick grill machine, sandwich toaster, electric orange 
juice maker, pots & pans, wine glasses and complete dinner set for 8 
(all this is brand new). Cable TV, home theater sound system with 
radio, CD and DVD player, nintendo64. Linens and towels included.

full due 14 days prior to arrival in cashier checks or money order 
in US funds only. Security deposit will be returned 7 days after
