June, July, August, and October: $375/weekend; $600/week, Midweek nights $100
December, January, February, March: $500/weekend $900 additional night. Midweek rates are $150/night with 2 night minimum.
Longer stays rates are negotiable.
Weekends are Friday night through Sunday morning.
Weekly rates are for 7 nights including 1 weekend. Holidays are negotiable.
