Vacation Rental Description

A Brand New 1,600 Sq.Ft. 5th-floor 3-bedroom Penthouse Suite in 
Mazatlan, Sinaloa !!

Fully furnished with everything you need including an insuite 
Washer/Dryer, Stainless Steel Fridge, Stainless Steel Stove, 
Stainless Steel Dishwasher and Microwave Oven. This amazing suite 
has 4 TVs with U.S.A. Sattelite service, 4 VCRs and 4 DVD players. 
One in every bedroom as well as in the livingroom. Every bedroom in 
the Suite have their own balcony as well as a huge terrace off the 
Livingroom area. The condo faces both East to the pool and golf 
course as well as West to view the Pacific Ocean and magnificent 
sunsets!!!

This building is brand new and built to 5-star North American 
Standards. The pictures of the views of the ocean and 
the golf course are taken from the balconies of this suite. Our unit 
is available as of January 31, 2007 and will be even more 
impressive. The master bedroom has a King size bed, 2nd bedroom has 
a queen size bed. Both of these bedrooms have a very large balcony 
with view of the pool and 18th hole and east hills of Mazatlan. The 
3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds (pushed together are as big as a king)
and has an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean and Sunsets to the West 
from its own private balcony.

Tenerife Condominiums are located next to the El Cid Castilla Beach 
Club Resort hotel (which you have full assess to use including their 
huge swimming area including a waterpark area), next to the El Cid 
golf and country club, clubhouse and sports complex and next to the 
18th green.

Tenerife is a 3-minute walk (2 blocks) from the beach and Mazatlan 
Golden Zone with a great variety of shopping, restaurants, and there 
is golf, tennis, and a clubhouse restaurant on site.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The El Cid Resort area (which Tenerife Condominiums is located 
within) has incredible amenities including:

Pool, Gym, Palapa with grill (outside covered eating/party area),

          Semana Santa (Easter Week) $1,300US for the week
          Marti Gras/Carnival 1st week of Feb $1,300US/wk
          Spring Break 1st 2 weeks in April $1,300US/wk
          Last Week of Dec and 1st week of Jan $1,400US/wk  

Daily rates are available with a minimum of 4 nights.

Sorry, but this suite is NON-SMOKING but feel free to smoke on any 
of the 3 balconies and terraces. Also, this suite does not allow any 
pets.
