This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Southampton Village is ideal for a
week rental, offering the ultimate getaway with modern amenities.

We’ve designed our home to merge Hamptons Charm with the true beach
feel. The house is ideal for 2 young couples or a family of 5. The
luxury amenities include: 3 wall mounted HD TV's, living room surround
sound in ceiling speakers for listening to your ipod, hd movies, hd
cable either inside or outside of the house. Plush couches and
furniture work wonderfully with the open air kitchen which also has a
wine refrigerator.

We’re located just 1.2 miles from the Southampton Village shops and
restaurants. Run or walk to the beach 15 minutes away or drive 5
minutes to Cooper’s beach.

Just 15 minutes from Sag Harbor ,Bridgehampton in this perfectly
central location.

Master bedroom has a plush King Sized bed with 32” HD LCD TV on the wall.

The Loft reading area and computer desk are great for catching up on
work or surfing the web (we have high speed internet and wireless
network in/around the house.)

3 downstairs bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. There's a newly
converted garage that has a Queen sized pullout couch, 42” HD TV and
is also the playroom.

Enjoy the newly installed 42” Panasonic HD Plasma TV over the
fireplace. Watch HD cable with DVR capabilities or listen to your
Ipod throughout the house or on the deck. Watch DVD’s in the living
home theater or play wireless XBOX.

The outdoor yard and pool (full size - 16 ft x 32 ft) is the perfect
way to finish off the day
after the beach or just chill on the 4 teak lounge chairs/pads. Enjoy
a full day of sun.

internet access, unlimited US phone calling, a/c, pool heat, etc.)

Maid is separate fee of $125 and she cleans on Sunday, day 7 of the rental.
