This ideal, Florida-style, non-smoking home is friendly Summerplace is more private than a condominum and far better than a hotel!  The comfortable, especially well-appointed, cottage is single story with three bedrooms-one with a queen-sized bed, one with a double and one with two twin beds.  There are two bathrooms and an outdoor shower-wonderful on a warm day for removing beach sand from kids of all ages.  The bright Florida room with its two recliners is made for relaxation.

Steps to the ocean via a private beach access lane.  Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toaster oven, electric orange juicer, etc), carport, four cable TVs, a DVD/VCR player, washer and dryer, propane grill, beach chairs, boogie boards.  Brochures and maps for nearby outdoor and arts activities are in a folder for your perusal.

Swimming and surf-fishing just outside your door.  Numerous parks and walking trails including Sebastian Inlet State Park, Historic Jungle Trail and Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge, our nation's first NWR.  McKee Botanical Garden, the Vero Beach Art Museum, Riverside Theater and the Environmental Learning Center are must-see local gems.  Several golf courses are within a few minutes' drive.  Restaurants for every taste-from fine dining to beach-or lagoon-side casual eateries.  There is something for everyone's enjoyment!
