Tarpon Cove Lakefront in Naples

This waterfront, large second floor end unit (approx. 1,700 sq
ft plus lanai) with private garage in a gated complex is beautifully
furnished and equipped to make sure your North Naples stay is one
you'll want to repeat. This is the first time we have listed this
unit with any website, because for the very few years since it was
built, we have had repeat renters (who have since bought their own
Tarpon Cove propety).
Extensive tile throughout, and tasteful Robb & Stuckey
decor take this unit a step above the usual rental. It is situated
west of Rt. 41 in North Naples, just minutes from the beach by car,
bike or private water shuttle.
We maintain this as an absolutely non-smoking unit (including
lanai), and no pets are allowed.

There are beautifully tranquil views of the lake and fountain
throughout the unit, including the large master suite, the cathedral
ceilinged living room, the airy and well-equipped kitchen, and the
dining room.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom is
furnished as a den with a comfortable Ethan Allen queen-size foldout
bed.
The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer.
We pride ourselves on having a condo that is equipped with all
amenities any renter might reasonably want, including high speed wireless Internet access.

Membership in the Tarpon Cove Yacht & Racquet Club ($100
transfer fee to the club)is optional but recommended, which gives:
- access to a water shuttle to private Gulf beach,
- well-equipped fitness center,
- 8 Har-tru tennis courts (with leagues, pro, etc.),
- beautiful waterfront clubhouse with fine indoor/outdoor dining,
- marina
- large pool with tiki bar
- reciprocal privileges with many other fine private clubs
- well planned social activities including live entertainment
In the unit complex itself, there are three pools and a
jacuzzi, plus an informal clubhouse. Acess to Delnor Wiggins State
Park (beautiful beach) is about 3 minutes by car (or you can use the water taxi service from the club
mentioned above.) The condo is well located west of 41 and convenient to shopping and excellent
dining.
