Vacation Rental Description

Our beautifully remodeled condo is a short stroll to the beach, bay,  
shopping and dining.  You will be in the heart of one of the best  
shore towns on the Jersey coast.  Amidst the dunes and beautiful  
pristine beaches of Stone Harbor, you will find peace and inner  
calm.  Everything you could need is literally in walking distance!   
Our home is located at 93rd and Third Avenue and is a 2nd floor  
corner unit that affords fantastic cross breezes.  If it's too warm,  
there are four ceiling fans and three air conditioned units at your  
disposal.  You also have one dedicated off-street parking space -  
once you're there though you'll find that you rarely need to move  
your vehicle.  A large shaded shared porch with table and chairs  
affords you the ability to enjoy the fresh air.  There are only six  
units in our building, which  means we cannot rent to large groups  
or those looking to have loud parties.  We love our neighbors and  
don't want to jeopardize the enjoyment of their summer retreat.

Activities and Attractions

You can enjoy so many activities, it's hard to name them all!  Enjoy  
fishing, surfing, tennis, golf, biking, birdwatching or just enjoy  
relaxing on the beach with a book (our personal favorite).  If you  
have children staying with you, there is a playground located  
directly across the street as well as basketball courts.  The beach  
is a short 2 1/2 blocks away, the bay is one block and shopping, art  
galleries, restaurants start 1 1/2 blocks away.  There is also mini  
golf, and a local movie theatre on 96th Street that shows all first  
run flicks.   
 
If you feel the need to drive somewhere, there are plenty of antique  
shops to search, the Cape May County Zoo, the Wildwood boardwalk is  
a short 15 minute drive South, Cape May is another 10 minutes South  
and for shows and casinos, drive North to Atlantic City about 40  
minutes.
