Vacation Rental Description

Laurel Hills cottage is a charming and comfortable year-round  
mountain getaway, with all the modern amenities.  Relax in front of  
the gas-log fireplace in the spacious living room, as you enjoy the  
large-screen TV.  The fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher)  
opens to a dining area, perfect for entertaining friends.  Or, grill  
out on the covered deck that overlooks a peaceful wooded hillside.   
Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom, one with a  
washer/dryer.  We welcome well-behaved pets! 
 
Laurel Hills is located in lovely Linville Land Harbor resort, a  
friendly casual mountain community.  You'll have access to the  
resort's 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool (in  
summer), trout-stocked lake, and trails along the Linville River.   
Land Harbor is just five minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and  
Grandfather Mountain, and ten minutes from Linville Falls and Sugar  
Mountain.  Laurel Hills provides a cozy retreat in the middle of  
Blue Ridge activities and attractions!

Linville Gorge and Caverns, Tweetsie Railroad, Sugar Mountain Ski  
Resort, Hawksnest Snowboarding/Tubing, Appalachian Ski Resort and

Antiquing, Appalachian University and Lees-McRae College.  The
