Welcome to Panama City Beach! The House is located in Gated and
quite neigborhood community. There is are two pools which are heated
in the spring time.
Relax at this almost new, clean, spacious three bedroom house with
Garage, just one block to the beach by Edge waters resort and
walking distance to the beach, shopping, food, shipreck island,
movie theather, groceries.
The house has 3 rooms and large living room. Master bedroom features
a Queen size bed with master bath, other 2 rooms feature one queen
size bed, and two twin-size bed, so sleep 4 people in another 2
rooms. Living room features one large sofas, one loveseat, and one
matching chair.
Unit has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need
besides the munchies and drinks.
We supply linens, so all you need to do is bring your beach towel
and toiletries. Living room and Master room has TV. Living room
also has DVD/CD player.
This is a Non-Smoking Home, in consideration of those with smoke-
related allergies. Absolutely No Smoking allowed inside of home.
Single car garage for your convenience and safety.

Fully equipped kitchen, A/C, cable TV in bedroom and living room,
DVD, high-speed internet/wireless, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking
utensils and linens provided, pool cabana, Cloverleaf pool,
Rectangular heated pool, charcoal grill, non-smoking house.

Beach and fun, water rides in shipreck island, Swimming, snorkeling,
boating, skiing, parasailing, jet skis, surfing, boating, day
cruises, fishing, shopping, fine restaurants, golfing, miniature
golf, cinemas, sightseeing, amusement parks, Super Wal-Mart and
tourist attractions within walking distance. Panama City and area
attractions include Zoo World, Shell Island day cruises and dolphin
watching, Gulf World, EBRO Greyhound Park dog races, several premier
golf courses, St. Andrews State Park and a winery open for free
touring.

* No renters under the age of 25 without parents (unless married).
   No Exceptions. Age verification is required.
* $200 Security and Damage Deposit required and refunded after
   satisfactory inspection of unit and return of all keys.
* No Smoking. Those found smoking inside will be fined $100.00.
* Payment in Full Due one week before check-in.
* Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
* A deposit of $200 is required to hold your stay, and will be
   returned to you at check-in.
