Vacation Rental Description

- This is a newly furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, 1018 square feet. I also have a 2 bedroom 2 bath 
condo also available. Call me for details.
- The condo is a spacious 847 square ft, featuring a large working 
kitchen with separate dining area, comfortable family room, bedroom 
with large walk-in closet and dressing area. Bedroom features 
Arcadia doors to private balcony/patio.
- Bright balcony/patio facing west fits another dining area
- Centrally located in Phoenix, NW of 32nd St and Indian School Rd. 
- Adjacent to large city park, offering beautiful walking routes 
through safe park and residential areas.
- The condo complex is four stories with a total of 104 units.
- While the complex is a 55 and older complex, only 80% of the 
tenants must be over 55 which is already the case. I prefer you to 
be 40+. 
- Most of the people that live in the complex are owner occupied 
units. Some just use it as a winter condo. 

Please note that I own several condos within this complex and have 
decided to offer one of them as a vacation rental.

- On-site management available M-F 8:30 - 12, plus emergency service 
24/7.

Activities and Attractions

It is 15-30 minutes to almost anywhere in the East Valley, under 5 
minutes to the Loop 202 or the SR51. 

Groceries (sprouts) across the street and other great 
conveniences a walk or short drive away, including the unique 40th 
and Campbell corner and the Biltmore Fashion Park. Scottsdale Fashion 
Park.

Urban conveniences with major hiking and parks 5 minutes away; hike 
Camelback or Piestewa Peak, or south to Papago Park.

Once you visit or stay at the condo, you will want to plan another 
stay or tell your friends about it. this condo is a "jewel in the 
desert" 

Vacation Rental Rates

November - May      $1700 to $2000/month
June     - October  $1200/month
Yearly Rate         $1500/month
