2500sf 50 year old beach house on the sand in beautiful Pass a Grille Beach (south St Pete Beach).  One of a kind beauty.  Has a cabin/cottage type feel about it with cedar walls and ceilings.  Yes, it does have central air and heat! 

Front house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath plus 2 family rooms.  Sleeps 10 with a king in master, full size in one room and 2 twins in another bedroom.  1 sleeper sofa in each family room.  Back cottage is 500sf 2 bedroom 1 1/2 baths sleeps 3 for a grand total of 13.

Fish from your backyard with no fishing license.  Watch the dolphins and the sunset from your due west rooftop deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. 

There is a back deck with gas grill and picnic table.  A courtyard table and chairs with a shuffleboard court.  Parking for 3 cars only!  Lots of grass area.

This is not a fancy house.  We have wireless internet and only one large tv in the living room.  The kitchen has all the amenities.  Microwave, dishwasher etc.  This home is just a clean, older, classic, Pass a Grille beach house.  Step back in time and visit the shortest main street in the US down on 8th ave. in Pass a Grille.

Fishing charters available as well as bike rentals.
