2000sf gorgeous waterfront pool home in Pass a Grille area. 3 block walk to the beach, 2 block walk to the convenience store and 3 restaurants. One of a kind beauty. Parking for 4 vehicles. Yes, it does have central air and heat! A 60 inch plasma tv in the living room with a sleeper sofa. Washer & Dryer off the kitchen. 2 large outdoor table sets seat 10 people, dock for fishing. No boat lift at this time. No fishing license required to fish in your own backyard! Water as far as you can see.
3 bedrooms with a 22ft sunroom which is where we sleep 2 children in pullout club chairs. 2 King bedrooms and a bedroom with a queen bed and a trundle bed which pulls out to 2 twins to make a king. 2 full bathrooms. Sleeps 12 total.
Watch the dolphins at 5pm, feeding time around here. Don't forget the sunset from your patio overlooking the breathtaking Boca Ciega Bay.
Come visit us. We have internet and cable tv. The garage is not included sorry. The kitchen has all the amenities. Microwave, dishwasher, etc. Visit the shortest main street in the US down on 8th ave. in Pass a Grille. Fishing charters available as well as bike rentals right down the street.
