Casa de Suenos in Melaque

This is a newer building, constructed in 2006. All
new appliances, beds, furniture, etc. Full kitchen, living and
dining room space. Non-smoking only.
It is located two (2) blocks from the beach in beautiful Villa
Obregon area of Melaque. Backs onto lagoon for spectacular views.
Spacious luxury with pool (14 ft X 27 ft) and palapa rooftop area
(over 900 sq ft.) shared with second unit. Full cooking facilities,
Starchoice satelite, tv, stereo, etc.

Just a short two blocks to the beautiful sandy beach and clean, warm
Pacific Ocean. You can see the lagoon and ocean from the palapa
rooftop area. Sea breezes blow across the rooftop palapa and
through the suites.
Both suites (over 950 sq ft each) have access to pool and palypa
rooftop and are fully equipped with kitchen, dining, and living
areas including satelite tv and stereo.
The casa is a short 25 min cab ride from the Manzanillo Airport or
an interesting bus or car ride down from Puerto Vallarta (choice of type
of bus service) On site parking available.

Enjoy an authentic small Mexican coastal town with charming people,
reasonable prices and healthy food.
In Melaque the water is clean, warm and the sand goes right out into
the ocean. You can choose the size of waves you like to play in or
stay home and enjoy the pool and palapa.
Swimming, biking, snorkeling, fishing, sightseeing ---it is all
here. Many smaller or larger communities to visit within an hour or
two drive.

Premium Charged for: Christmas and New Years ($100 per week)
All $US Funds, for two persons in unit, additional $ for extra

Upper or Lower level, both self contained.
