This is a newer building with the main building being constructed in 2006.  The unit features full kitchen, living and dining room areas, totalling 1,000 sq ft each and the rooftop area offers 700 sq ft with front and back deck area.  The bathroom has a large shower and master suite access.  The unit is non-smoking only.

This property is located two (2) blocks from the beach in beautiful Villa Obregon area of Melaque and backs onto the lagoon for spectacular views and privacy.  Spacious luxury with a pool (14 ft X 27 ft) area and a rooftop area which has unique palaypa roof construction. The unit offers full cooking facilities, Starchoice satelite, tv, stereo, etc.

Just a short two blocks to the beautiful endless sandy beach and features the clean, warm Pacific Ocean. You can see the lagoon and ocean from the palapa rooftop. Sea breezes blow across the rooftop palapa and through the suite. 

The casa is a short 35 min cab ride from the Manzanillo Airport or an interesting bus or car ride from Puerto Vallarta (choice of level of bus service) Secure on site parking available for additional fee.
