Immaculate one bedroom home on the water. Bedroom has a comfortable 
king size bed with oversized closet ,desk ,and dresser . Bathroom has 
walk in shower. Kitchen has a gas stove and breakfast counter to eat 
at. Living room has 36 inch TV, lazy boy love seat with two  
recliners, very comfortable. Off the living room is a screened lanai  
with a table that seats four overlooking the water. This location is  
very tranquil with beautiful birds. House has linens and all kitchen  
equipment. House has air conditioning and heat if necessary. There  
is no cable, but you can install a satellite dish if you like.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Wireless internet is throughout the property. This house is very 
comfortable and a great get away to enjoy the water and a good book  
on the lanai. There is a dock, so bring your boat. Completely  
furnished!

Activities and Attractions

The location is convenient to the beaches, ten minutes away from the 
Port Charlotte Town Center Mall, and has many good restaurants in the 
area. Charlotte Harbor has some of the best fishing the area.
