Each of the two bedrooms features cable TV, a full bath, and the option to be configured as a king or two twin beds. The living room offers another cable TV and a queen size sleep sofa for additional guests. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer.

Occupant must be 25 years of age.  Maximum of six people permitted.

All rooms are non-smoking.  Pets, motorcycles, trailers, motor-homes and watercrafts are not permitted on property. Homeowner association rules and regulations apply to all guests.
