This second floor end unit is located off route 17 bypass (between 38th and 48th avenues North) less than a mile north of Broadway at the Beach offering easy access to Myrtle Beach’s most popular attractions, restaurants and shopping.
Conveniently located just a mile from the beach, the villa is a relaxing destination nestled in the pines and palm trees surrounding the Myrtlewood Golf Club. From the balcony, enjoy views of the pool, lake, grill and picnic area, and the 7th green of the Pinehills Course.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, full bathroom, and a door leading to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. The living room offers another TV and a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer.
Occupant must be 25 years of age. Maximum of six people permitted. This is a NO Smoking unit. Pets, motorcycles, trailers, motor-homes and watercrafts are not permitted on property. There is NO Phone in the unit so please bring your cellphone. Homeowner association rules and regulations apply to all guests.
