This lovely 1170 s.f. 2 master bedroom suite condo on the first floor
has its own large private patio. Washer and dryer are located in the
unit. Located in a beautifully landscaped complex with an exercise and
workout facility as well as tennis and racquet ball courts, you can
relax in the pool and spa after a day at the beach or shopping in
nearby Fashion Valley. Note: Sorry, Homeowners' association rules will
not allow children under 3 years of age in the pool. DSL wireless
connection is available in the condo for your computer. 5 minutes to
Old Town, Sea World, and Mission Bay. Just 15 minutes to Balboa Park,
the San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Petco Park-home of the San Diego
Padres-in downtown San Diego. Belmont Park's roller coaster and
beautiful Mission Beach are also just 15 minutes away. The Trolley is
a short walk away. Take a trip downtown or down to TiJuana! Golf is
just next door at the 27 hole, championship Riverwalk public course.
Prepare your own meals in the full kitchen or select from the many
nearby restaurants. Mid-week cleaning is available for an additional
$85. Please note this is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is permitted only
