Located on the Gold Coast of Baja and just south of Raul's surfing spot at KM43 Libre Rosarito-Ensenada, we 
are 1.2 miles south of Las Gaviotas, Rosarito Beach and just 1 mile north of Puerto Nuevo, the popular Lobster 
Village. This paradisio is just 40 miles south of the San Diego airport!

This private gate-guarded enclave boasts a beautiful pebble-tec pool with fiber optic lighting, mermaid and 
dolphin water features and adjoining jacuzzi, a poolside BBQ bar as well as convenient beach 
access. 
Located on premises is a Restaurant, Terrace and Bar featuring nightly music.
Comfortable and warm in the Tommy Bahama style, this two bedroom, two bath unit offers a master bedroom 
with four-poster queen bed, fireplace, beautifully tiled private bath, 2nd bedroom (queen bed) also with 
designer tile bath; The large, open great room features wall to wall arched mahogany-trim windows and french 
doors for a sweeping ocean view, a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite countertop, 
pub-height dining set affords ocean view dining and living area boasts a flat-screen TV, leather loveseat and 
couch with sofa bed for guests 5 and 6; plus fireplace and fans throughout.  Oceanview balcony/patio has pub 
set for dining and loungers relaxing in the sun. Villa Fiesta is right off the pool/BBQ/courtyard common area 
allowing for more outdoor dining and lounging. Ocean-102 is a newly appointed villa this year, is one level, 
handicapped accessible. $165.00-$225.00 per night.

Activities and Attractions

Golf at one of the two nearby premium courses; Bajamar and Real del Mar. The town of Rosarito Beach is 10 
minutes away and offers shopping, good restaurants for dining and clubs for your nightlife or shop and tour 
Ensenada, our closest port city, just a 40 minute drive south.
The famous lobster village of Puerto Nuevo is 5 minutes from this location and is the home of 25 restaurants 
that specialize in the local lobster and seafood. For the adventerous, try the little fishing village of Popotla - a 
favorite "locals" eating spot. 

Great surfing, whale watching, swimming, deep-sea fishing, wind surfing, horse back riding, massage and spa 
facility, winery tours and Fox Movie Studio Tours all available close by. The Dunes, located 3 miles south offers 
offroad ATV and motor biking. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$165/night October 16 - June 14, minimum two/nt stay (except 
holidays); 
$195/night June 15 - October 15, minimum 2/nt stay.
These are basic rates for up to 4 guests. Additional guests up to 6-
person maximum occupancy require an addt'l charge of $15/nt per guest 
per night.*
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Check deposit 
is required six weeks prior to booking date. Credit Cards accepted.

The balance is due three weeks prior to your arrival. Security 
Deposit: $250 (required at the same time of reservation).
An additional $25/night is required for a pet.
