Semi-private outside patio set with table and four chairs, umbrella, and a lounge chair.  Also a gas BBQ for your convenience. Every room has its own TV set.

There will be a security deposit for damages if any in the amount of $500 which will be mailed within 30 days after departure if no damage occured during
stay. Balance of total cost is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your reservation   60 days or less from your arrival date, deposit is non-refundable. If cancel 60 days or more from expected arrival date and recieve a refund of advance payments paid less a $100 cancelation fee.  There is also no refund for early departure.
