Vacation Rental Description

2BR - 1 1/2BA Townhome in gated community with 24 hour security.
Located on the Bay Side in beautiful Islamorada; Two bedrooms plus 
loft townhome with one and a half baths. Master bedroom has a King 
size bed, guest bedroom has two full size beds and two twins. Full 
bath located upstairs and the half bathroom is located downstairs. 
Entry level includes kitchen with cozy dinette and full dining room 
table that seats 6-8 people comfortably. Living room with full size 
leather sleeper sofa, love seat, television, DVD and VCR. Townhome 
is also wired for Internet access through DSL. Outside patio set 
with table and four chairs, umbrella,and a lounge chair. Also a gas 
BBQ for your convenience. Every room has its own TV set. 
Note: Amenities may change due to maintenance or repair.

Resort setting. Two-minute walk to boat dock/fishing area within the 
complex. Easy access for snorkeling and kayaking. Swimming and 
tennis in Club facilities. Walk next door to Founder's park, which 
includes beach, cycling trails, exercise/walking trail, soccer 
fields, baseball fields, skate boarding ramps, and Olympic pool. 
Rentals for kayaks and boats available nearby. Close to supermarket, 
pharmacy, cinema, and hospital. Just a few minutes drive or bike 
ride to area restaurants. Close to world-famous Tiki Bar.

Vacation Rental Rates

Semi-Peak    Oct 1 2006 - Dec 31 2006 -  $2,300 28 Days 
Peak         Jan 1 2007 - Mar 31 2007 -  $2,500 28 Days 
Regular      Apr 1 2007  - Sep 30 2007 - $2,100 28 Days 
Notes: If renting for more than a month, monthly rates are 
negotiable. 

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency 
and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. 
If renting for more than a month, monthly rates are negotiable. 
For reservations a deposit in the amount of $300 is required to hold 
the unit and a processing fee in the amount of $75. There will be a 
security deposit for damages if any in the amount of $500 which will 
be mailed within 30 days after departure if no damage occured during 
stay. Balance of total cost is due 30 days prior to arrival. If 
canceled prior to 60 days of arrival deposit is non-refundable. No 
refund for early departure. January -March $2500/month, April - 
September $2100/month, October- December $2300/month.
