This home has been completely furnished with all new furniture.  There are new wood floors downstairs. Upstairs has new soft off white carpet and the bathroom has been remodeled.  TV's with DVD and VHS and cable. Master bedroom has surround sound. Full service kitchen with microwave     and  all appliances, wine cooler, beautiful stone fireplace, monitored security service, outside beach shower. Master bedroom has king size bed with luxury linens, second bedroom has twin beds and you can step out on the upper deck from both bedrooms. There is also a queen size Aerobed that is the height of a
normal bed so if you need to sleep six, you will be comfortable.  Wireless home network (WiFi) installed. Walking distance to a variety of dining spots and Blockbuster too. Immaculately clean. All linens and towels included. Washer and dryer.

Swim in the Atlantic or sunbathe on our white sand beaches.
Jacksonville Beach is so beautiful! Enjoy fishing from the new pier
within a few blocks. The surfers love the area around the
pier too. There is plenty of golf to enjoy and you are close to Ponte
Vedra. Marineland makes a great day trip. Call about swimming with
the dolphins. St Augustine is always fun and very educational. The
shopping is great in Jacksonville, it's beaches and in St. Augustine.
The Jacksonville Zoo is a great destination for children and their
parents. Jaguars games are always exciting. We have fine
restaurants and fun clubs at the beaches. The nightlife is great no
matter what your age. There is also deep seafishing from charters at
the fishing village of Mayport and gambling boats too. Come and enjoy
Jacksonville where you will find many great activities or just relax
with a good book on your patio or deck.

Monthly Rate from $ 1750 to $ 2500.  Not available in summer season.

All rental rates subject to 13% state and local taxes

Reservation Deposit:  $ 250 becomes Damage Deposit at check-in
Deposit non-taxable and refundable at check-out. 

Reservation Deposit refund policy:  Up to one month before reservation date:  100 %;  within one month: 50 %. two weeks or less, no refund.

Cleaning fee $100. (non-taxable)
