Screened in patio, which overlooks the bay, extends entire width of 
condo from living room to the master bedroom.  Patio also has two 
overhead fans.
Master bedroom features king size bed and luxurious oversized tiled 
tub in master bath. 
Guest bedroom includes queen size bed.
End unit for extra privacy and added windows.

30ft. boat slip, in a protected marina, with deep water dockage and 
dry storage area for your trailer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo is located in the upscale Buttonwood Bay and is completely 
surrounded by 40 acres of lush tropical flora. The complex includes 
3 heated swimming pools, basketball court, and 5 tennis courts, 
including one lit for night games.  A gym, located in the clubhouse, 
looks out directly to the bay and canal. Also located in the 
clubhouse is a library, game room, saunas, and third floor 
observation deck. A full-service ship store, which provides gas and 
bait, is on-site for your convenience.  Bay swimming alcoves and 
beach are private to the community. Buttonwood Bay is gated with 24 
hour manned security and patrolled nightly.

Activities and Attractions

For an extra fee – I will mail you brochures about the local 
attractions tailored to your interests. 

Ask about our PADI (Professional Association of Dive Instructors) 
dive certification package. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$3000 - $4500 per month based on season and availability. Includes 
cleaning fee. If you would like to stay less than a month, you must 
still pay the monthly rate due to rent restrictions within the 
community. Deposit rate to be determined upon reservation. Rates and 
terms are subject to change without notice.
