two large lots with a sandy beach that goes directly into the bay for swimming and snorkling, with the sun setting down in front of you.
It has a large private dock with ample room for boat dockage, along
with a teekee hut at the end of the dock with a hammack. It is at mile
marker 98 in Buccaneer Point.
The four bedrooms consist of a large master suite with a king bed and
private bathroom, as well as two french doors that open to the upstairs screened patio
that overlooks the sunset and beach area, palm trees and bay water. There
is another bedroom upstairs with two twin beds (can easily be made into a king)
and another with a queen. There is a second bathroom upstairs. The fourth bedroom
is a queen downstairs with its own bathroom, no airconditioning down stairs.
The living area is upstairs, as well as dining areas and kitchen area, and very large, all overlooking the bay, a couple
thousand square feet with a very large screened in porch with french doors from the
living area and separate ones from the master. Grill outside and firepit on the
beach.

Located on MM 98, you'll be 5 minutes away from John Pennekamp,
Harry Harris Park, the famous Holiday Isle Tiki Bar, Swimming with
Dolphins. Everglades Nat'l Park is a 40 minute, easy drive.
Key West is a beautiful 2 hour drive.
Historic South Beach is a 1 hour, 15 minute Drive.
Ocean Reef Club is 10 minutes (Golf).
Key Largo Community Park is 6 minutes-great Tennis and fun Water Park
as well as skate board ramps.
The house is close to local and commercial shopping
areas as well as boat and jet ski rental facilities. If you rather
be the guest and not the captain, jump aboard a charter boat for a day
of fishing, snorkeling or diving. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful
dinner sitting on the bay and watch the sunset on the
horizon, or go to one of the local restaurants and enjoy fresh seafood.
