Contente in Russian River

A stay at Contente is a lesson in luxury. This brand-new four bedroom
four and a half bath home comes complete with two kitchens, a great
room, a master suite, state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, a wet
bar and a rec room with a pool table and a ping pong table.
Comfortable king and queen beds and private bathrooms make Contente
ideal for couples, as well as for family gatherings.
The sun-drenched porch has a lovely dining set and a brand new propane
BBQ. The multi-level yard area gives room to spread out. The outdoor
shower and six-person spa are located on the lower patio. Just steps
from the patio is a path that leads to a large lower lawn and
continues to the Russian River.
Contente has a separate master suite with it's own entrance way,
bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The great room in the
main house has two dining areas and a large living space. Sliding
doors lead to the deck from the living room and two of the bedrooms.
Contente is situated on 3 acres of riverfront property that it shares
with Culture Blend, a similar vacation rental. These homes can be
rented together to sleep a total of 28 people. They are also available

Contente is located in the heart of the Russian River Valley just east
of downtown Guerneville. It is walking distance to Stump town brewery,
and a Thai Restaurant/Bar. It is also just a few miles from Korbel
winery and many other Russian River Valley wineries. The Sonoma Coast
is a short drive away.

$625 a night / $3,750 a week / $250 cleaning & linens fee

Rates 10/1-4/30
$575 a night / $3,450 a week / $250 cleaning & linens fee

Two Night Minimum October - May. Three Night Minimum June & September. Weekly only in July and August. Summer rotation day is Monday. Three Night Minimum for most Holidays, 10% Increase for Memorial Day, Labor Day & New Years, Four Night Minimum for Thanksgiving.
